By accessing and using Pinable ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Beta Program

Pinable is currently in beta testing. During the beta period:

• Features may change without notice
• Data may be lost or reset
• The service may experience downtime
• Use is at your own risk

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Pinable for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Pinable
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to Pinable. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pinable or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pinable, even if Pinable or a Pinable authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Revisions

Pinable may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
