How I Built a Yoga Studio Map for Miami in Minutes (And Why It Matters)
If you’ve ever had to add a location map to a website, you know it’s usually way harder than it should be. Between messy embeds, complicated plugins, and developer dependencies, a "simple map" quickly turns into a weekend project.
To show a better way, I created a small demo map featuring a selection of yoga studios in Miami, not every single one, just enough to demonstrate how fast and clean the process can be.
In this short Loom video, I walk through the exact steps I followed:
How I gathered a few locations
How I turned that list into a clean, searchable map
And how easy it is to keep it updated without touching code
The goal here isn’t to build a full directory of every yoga place in Miami. It’s simply to show what a business, franchise, or organization could do for their own locations using Pinable.
Why this is useful (especially for local businesses and franchises)
A good store or location map doesn’t just look nice, it removes friction for customers. It helps them:
Find the nearest location faster
Get directions in one click
Feel more confident visiting a new place
And for the business, it means:
Less manual work updating locations
No developer needed for simple changes
A cleaner, more professional experience on their website
This Miami yoga map is just one example. The same approach works for:
Gyms and fitness studios
Restaurants and cafés
Franchise brands
Retail stores
Service businesses with multiple offices

If you’re curious to see how it works, watch the Loom video below. And if you manage multiple locations, I’d love to hear: what’s been your biggest frustration with maps and store locators so far?
